- Prices are listed in USD and may be adjusted based on market conditions.
- Limited-time sales, promotions, and discount codes apply only during specified periods and cannot be retroactively applied.
- All sales are final once shipped, except under our Refund & Returns Policy.

- Domestic shipping within the U.S. takes 4-6 business days, while international shipping takes 8-20 business days, depending on the destination.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $500 within the U.S.
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
4. Custom Orders & Wholesale Pricing
- Custom instruments require a non-refundable deposit of 40% before production begins.
- Bulk purchases for music schools, bands, and institutions qualify for special pricing—please contact us for quotes.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Customers can modify or cancel orders within 12 hours of placement.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but customers can return items following our Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Warranty & After-Sales Support
- Instruments come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects and workmanship.
- Customers can purchase an extended warranty plan for up to 5 years.
